Exceptional Quality of Work

We recently had our loft space converted into a stunning upstairs bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom and built-in wardrobe space, and we are absolutely thrilled with the outcome. The quality of the work carried out by Loftplan has been exceptional from beginning to end.

Every member of the team has been courteous, punctual, and highly skilled in their respective areas of expertise. A heartfelt thank you goes to Craig and Neil, whose workmanship and professionalism were outstanding – both are genuinely top gentlemen who take great pride in their craft. Jim and Dan also deserve special recognition for their reliability and tireless work ethic; they were consistently on time and worked incredibly hard throughout the project.

Shaun’s flexibility and meticulous attention to detail were invaluable, ensuring that every aspect of the build was completed to the highest standard. We are also extremely grateful to Bob, our project manager, who was always available to answer questions and provide support. His dedication and genuine care for the quality of the job were evident at every stage.

A special mention must also go to Jase, the tiler, who worked tirelessly and with such dedication and care that it was truly inspiring. His craftsmanship has added a beautiful finishing touch to the space.

We would also like to extend our thanks to the many other wonderful individuals who contributed to the project, including Darius, Craig, Ron, the scaffolding team, and many more. Their efforts helped make what could have been a stressful six months of disruption into an exciting and rewarding experience.

We cannot recommend Loftplan highly enough. If you are currently considering Loftplan alongside other providers, we can confidently say that we went through the same decision-making process and are absolutely delighted that we chose Loftplan. Loft Conversion for Bedroom with En-Suite

I was unsure whether my loft would be suitable for a conversion, but wished to maximise the space if possible. Loftplan convinced me that I had plenty of space and I now have a gorgeous room with ensuite. It’s bright and spacious, complete still with storage options. All the team were craftsmen in their own right. All professional, polite and tidy! I was impressed by how once started the build progressed and it all seemed to be seamless.

Loft Conversion for Two New Bedrooms and a Bathroom

We had our loft converted by Loftplan and we were delighted with the whole process. We chose Loftplan because they had come highly recommended by two neighbours, who were equally happy with their conversions.

Loftplan’s designer listened to our aims for our conversion and helped us maximise the space we had available. He designed us two big amazing bedrooms for our daughters who absolutely love their new rooms and managed to fit a decent sized bathroom in the space too. The access to their rooms looks like it was always meant to be there!

Our two main builders, Dean and Dave, were simply brilliant. They were really professional, friendly, considerate, and always tidied up at the end of the day. The quality of their work was excellent, and had fantastic attention to detail. They were happy to answer questions and to show us progress as it was happening. The new space seemed to go up so quickly and there was visible progress every day. They involved us in the changes that occurred as the building progressed, and we are really happy with our conversion. It has transformed our family home.

We would happily recommend Loftplan to anyone considering having their loft converted.
