We were very happy with Loftplan and would recommend them to a friend.

From start to finish the whole process was very smooth. The works went over the Christmas period so there was a little pause in the works but this was understandable and Loftplan made sure that they finished at the end of a stage so everything was left tidy while Christmas occurred.

There was a little delay getting back to it after Christmas as the stairs weren’t quite ready, but once they were ready all the next stages happened quickly and efficiently.

Bob was great, made sure everything was done efficiently and kept all the different teams on target.

We are extremely happy with our loft conversion and can’t wait to start using it.

We have just had our loft conversion completed through Loftplan and we are very happy with the outcome. As a family, we desperately needed more space and were left with the dilemma – move or improve. We chose to improve and we don’t regret that decision one bit.

From start to finish, in what was a large project to us as a family, the process was made easy. From the initial consultation with Nic, we were guided through the project and kept well informed by Nicola. We’d like to thank all the team for all your hard work, the outcome with an additional two bedrooms and en-suite has made a huge difference to all of us. More space, bedrooms, storage, everything we needed.

Big thanks to Warren for managing the project, Josh & Riley for all their hard work in the build (amazing job), Shaun who was brilliant, Ritchie (stairs), Ron & Graham (electricians), the plumbers, Craig and Gary (roofers), the scaffolders……a great team!

Delighted with the decision to use Loftplan for our loft conversion, from start to finish the process was handled with professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.

Loftplan managed every aspect of the project, from planning to the final build. They arranged the architect and recommended a brilliant planning company, who were invaluable when unforeseen issues with local planning arose. They also coordinated building control sign-off making this process seamless and stress-free.
One of the standout aspects was having a constant point of contact available in the office (Nicola). Her efficient, friendly, and diplomatic approach made all the difference. She was consistently just fantastic, always ready to provide reassurance and guidance, which was invaluable during such a significant project.

The build itself went exceptionally well. Every tradesperson who came to our home was polite, respectful, and kept the home tidy. The scaffolders were particularly impressive, handling neighbour queries politely and proactively. Despite numerous obstacles like a heatwave, nervous dogs, and tricky access, all the builders and labourers worked tirelessly and with good humour.

The internal fitters, plumbers, and electricians all worked to our specifications, adapting to the challenging internal layout we have (hello Victorian death stairs). Special mention goes to Mike, whose skill and craftsmanship in fitting the new staircase and bannisters was exceptional. The roofers also deserve recognition for their incredible effort in completing the slate tiling of multiple pitched dormers beautifully during a heatwave, all while meeting the deadline.

While a few issues naturally arose—eg a roof leak during an unexpected rainstorm and an incorrect trim fitted by mistake—these were promptly addressed and resolved without any fuss. Having Bob as the site manager was a great comfort, as he was always available to discuss fittings and ensure everything ran smoothly.

Even arranging the initial quote was straightforward and stress-free compared to others. If we ever moved and needed another loft conversion, I would choose Loftplan again without hesitation.
I admit I underestimated the stress of living through months of building work at home slightly but their hard-working team, great organisation, and exceptional customer service with good humour made the experience a pleasure. Highly recommend!

From start to finish our experience with the Loftplan team has been fantastic.. we are very happy with our new space and this is testament to the whole team from sales, planning, back office and build.

Warren and the team were amazing.

Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were so friendly and helpful.
