Like many other people we were looking for more space.

Building out the back or on the side was preferred until we realised the red tape and the cost. We opted for a loft conversion and received 3 quotations.

Loftplan didn’t have the cheapest quote and came in the middle but they did have the best plan and the best reviews. I can see why they have had the best reviews and I have to agree that they were well justified.

The plans were clear but did need some adjustment once the build started and the reality of the dimensions of a space together with our tall family were considered. Adjustments were discussed and easily accommodated.

I felt very included in every decision being made and I’m delighted with the results. I had many questions but never felt like I was troubling the team when I asked them.  In my opinion they sometimes went out of their way to help and this was across all the teams.

We were very happy with all Loftplan employees and felt at ease letting them into our house despite the us being at home so much now with Covid. They kept out of the way and tried their best not to trouble us.

While we were very happy with all of the team we have to call out Mike and Callum who we got to know best as very hard working and very keen to do a great job. They’re a credit to Loftplan.

Thanks again to Bob managing the first part of the build and Kevin on the 2nd fix, Mike, Callum, Al (the plumber), Mark (the 2nd fix man), Dave the Electrician and Nicola in the office.

All work was completed as planned and all snagging items were rectified without question.
