I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at Loftplan for all your help.

The project was very smooth from the get go, and the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail is brilliant.

All the workmen cleared up their mess at the end of every day thoroughly and even our neighbours commented on how polite and considerate Loftplan have been throughout the whole process.

Their knowledge and speciality for loft conversions is second to none and I couldn’t recommend them more.

We are so happy with the end result, it is better than we could have imagined. Thanks once again!

Loftplan completed a loft conversion for us in May 2024 and we are extremely happy with the whole job.

Throughout the process they listened to our requirements, were always responsive and clear in communication and did exactly what they said they would.

Fantastic Job!

From the initial meeting with Bob discussing the design and scope, through to the administrative work and the delivery, this was a brilliant experience.

Everyone at Loftplan were professional and delivered to what was agreed. It is not often I have come across such a great bunch of people who quite simply made everything easy for what was a large loft conversation 2 x Double ensuite bedrooms, new staircase and a boxroom.

From amendments to design, dealing with external inspectors and departments the team at Loftplan, were organised and their team of tradesmen simply did it all whilst keeping us informed at all times.

I have to mention one of the key things for us was not just the execution and finishing the conversion to complete satisfaction and on budget but also the aftersales service. This isn’t something we had expected from a Loft Conversion Company, however these guys absolutely restored my faith in dealing with a company with values and a passion for for what they do. Not only providing an excellent end product, but also the best service.

As with all large projects there were a couple of snags retrospective which were dealt with very quickly. What was nothing short on amazing was that after 36 months we found an issue with a pipe in the attic space and Loftplan sent out someone to take a look and subsequently a team to rectify without any additional charge.

I can honestly say that if you are looking for a company, who are competitive, honest, you can trust and are passionate about their work Loftplan are the people to speak with. This is a genuine 5 start rating.

Loftplan did a great job for us.

It’s an old house and its particular problems were a real challenge installing the loft room.  The design and planning team were endlessly helpful and all the trades were excellent.

In particular, we really appreciated their friendly, informative engagement with us – they explained each step and progress made with clarity and honesty.

They were punctual to a fault.

I’d also like to mention the admin./accounts staff who were helpful throughout and responded promptly and clearly to our questions.
