One of our experienced designers will call you to arrange an appointment at your property. During this survey, our designer will take the time to understand your ideas and requirements for your new living area. After discussing the possibilities, we will provide you with a free design and loft conversion quote.
Design
Our architects carefully design your new space to ensure your loft is utilised to its full potential. We will then liaise with your local authority and obtain the required planning permissions and building regulations, using our knowledge and experience to ensure you loft conversion can proceed with minimum obstruction.
Construction
Your project will be led by a dedicated on-site team working full-time to build your loft conversion, whilst overseen by one of our experienced installation supervisors. After our carpenters have finished crafting your loft, we send in a professional electrician, plumber and plasterer to complete the build. All our tradesmen are qualified, employed in-house and trained by Loftplan.
Completion
Before leaving you to enjoy your brand-new living space, we will organise the final inspection with building control, and ensure your home is as tidy as we found it. We’ll then sign off the project and leave it ready for you to decorate. Our 10 year structural warranty gives you peace of mind that your home is in safe hands.
