It was the reviews that helped me make the decision on using Loftplan and having gone through the process myself I can say I am extremely pleased with the process and outcome and would definitely recommend them for your loft conversion.

They are a reliable and trusted company who’s expertise in Loft development is clear to see.

Both Dean and Dave who worked on the dormer and carried out the bulk of the work were polite and considerate and always available for any questions. Their professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality work was evident. If you get them you’ll be extremely fortunate.

As the build progressed different teams were mobilised and the experience continued, from Kevin’s plastering team who worked tirelessly with such speed and perfection, through to Jake and his team with the electrics who was always responsive and went above and beyond. I also have to give a special mention to Mark who did all the second fix and again very skilled and experienced and did a sublime job. Nicola at the office was always to hand to help resolve any queries and was a delight to deal with, always organised with a quick turnaround.

Of course, every build has its ups and down and this is where Bob who oversaw the build from start to finish was always to hand and over the period of time we built up a great relationship. He has a wealth of building experience and always available and had a pragmatic approach to resolving things which in the end was a huge relief.

I cannot recommend Loftplan highly enough.

From start to finish they were the absolute mark of professionalism.

Not only was the overall build completed to a really high standard, but they were fantastic when it came to the small details – leaving the site tidy, pausing when our toddler needed to nap, sitting down with us when we had questions, communicating effectively and efficiently throughout.

You can tell that they’ve taken real time to build the best team possible. Every member was polite, professional and cheerful and made the process as straightforward and positive as possible.

Several of our neighbours who went with other loft conversion providers commented that they wish they had gone with Loftplan!

We recently had Loftplan complete a loft conversion project for our new-build home, and the result is fantastic. They created two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom that have completely transformed our space.

From the start, Alan from the sales team and the on-site workers, particularly Dean and Dave, were friendly, helpful, and patient, adapting the design to meet our specific needs.

One of the standout aspects of the project was their flexibility. We went through numerous design revisions, even during construction, and Loftplan was always accommodating, incorporating our latest ideas without hesitation. They truly worked with us to bring our vision to life.

A particular challenge we faced was incorporating an in-roof solar panel system on the side where we wanted to add Velux windows. Despite not being solar panel experts, the Loftplan team worked closely with our PV contractor to come up with a beautiful solution—two stunning Velux windows perfectly integrated with the surrounding panels.

Although the on-site work was planned for three months (Sep-Dec 2023), it extended into mid-February 2024 due to various factors. Thankfully, this is something we knew could happen in this industry. Throughout the project, Loftplan kept us well-informed at each stage, so we were never left in the dark or overly concerned.

Overall, Loftplan did a great job, and we’re very pleased with the outcome!
