The quality of the workmanship was first class – from first fix & build team through to second fix.
Supervisors always responded to questions and were flexible throughout in accommodating slight changes.
Where we had minor issues that cropped up – there was always a quick response meaning we didn’t need to worry and could trust LoftPlan to help fix.
Very pleased with the end result!
