Highly Recommend Loftplan for Bungalow Loft Conversion

Absolutely love our new loft conversion, would highly recommend Loftplan if you’re thinking of doing this to your home. From initial chats with Nic, to starting the work with the site supervisor Bob everyone involved has been both professional and quality driven. Our semi detached 2 bed bungalow has now been turned into a 3 bed bungalow with a dormer ensuite and Velux spare room. That is now big enough for our family that we won’t have to move from the area we love.

Loftplan were simply outstanding.

The project took longer than the initial time quoted, however we were particularly impressed by the attention to detail to tailor the design elements to suit our existing features, work with the space best and build in our wishes to the plan. The new stairs look like they were always there. The teams worked over my pregnancy, birth and new born months (as well as our 3YR old present) and whilst I won’t miss the building works, everyone was genuinely a pleaseure to have round. Warren who oversaw our project was excellent, we felt in safe hands, he always listened to feedback, ensuring the project was smooth. Mike, Matt, Andy, Craig, Alan, Jake, Martin were always communicative and considerate.

Our double bedroom and en-suite is nearly decorated and we can’t wait to use the space, it’s made our house a forever home. Would absolutely recommend. Thank you!

Honest, hard-working, and approachable

Loftplan was initially referred to me by a friend who had contracted them to complete his own loft conversion. After seeing the brilliant result my friend had with them, I decided to contact Loftplan and ask for my own loft to be converted.

I am pleased to say I am very impressed with the result. Loftplan has been very professional throughout the process. They have made the experience feel entirely seamless, with all the different trades working in concert to produce the final result without friction.

Whenever I have had questions or requests for changes, the building manager Bob has been ever-present to answer questions and negotiate anything required.

Quite often, dealing with the construction trade can be a daunting experience for the general public, as construction can be a complex affair with many different characters to deal with. I am pleased to say Loftplan offers the perfect antidote to this stereotype by being honest, hard-working, approachable, and upfront about all the costs and timelines.

The most refreshing part of the experience is that Loftplan doesn’t do “hard sales”. They are very confident in the quality of what they can offer, and the results sell themselves. So, the sales experience and upsell opportunities were all very pleasant, and Bob, especially, was a gentleman to deal with.

I wholeheartedly recommend Loftplan for your loft conversion project. Like the old Hammerite adverts – they do exactly what they say on the tin.

Work Finished To A High Standard

Can’t recommend Loftplan enough, we quoted a number of builders for our project and chose Loftplan due to their extensive experience, cost and timeline. We made the right decision, very professional and every contractor we worked with was amazing. We are very happy with our finished project, no hidden fees and finished to a high standard.
