Loftplan Recommended for Loft Conversion

Neighbours have used Loftplan in the past and recommended them to us. We are pleased we followed their recommendation.

Without exception we found all their staff to be courteous and sensitive to our needs, keeping us informed, discussed with us details as the build progressed and minimising the inevitable disruption.

We felt the team on site were fully trustworthy and were happy to let them have access to the house at times when we were away.

The team worked hard to deliver a good quality product that embraced all our needs and we are delighted with the end product. We would certainly recommend Loftplan to others.

Extended our Property with Loftplan

Choosing Loftplan was an easy option for us when coming to extend our property. Out of all of the so called “loft specialists” Loftplan were the only ones who showed confidence in what we were trying to achieve. The build was equally satisfying, everyone from the scaffolders, the first fixers, electricians, plumber and final fixings were great. Not only were they very professional but also really great guys who were always happy to chat about the job and happy to change things so we got maximum value for our money. Bob the Supervisor is also a great character and loves a chat and the back office staff were always happy to help if needed. We’re very happy with our extension and surprised how quickly the job has come and gone.

So Pleased With The New Space

We recently had a loft conversion carried out and from the initial meetings, to the build, the team were great, worked really hard and were also very respectful with the surrounding area and our neighbours. They listened to what we wanted and any changes along the way. All the team from first fix, to second fix, plasterers, plumber, electricians, carpenter they were all very nice and trustworthy.

Highly Recommend Loftplan To Convert Loft

From the first sales visit by Nic to the final walk around with our Project Manager Bob the whole team were professional, respectful, responsive and friendly. Craig and Richard on the structural work and Martin on the final finish kept us informed day to day and coordinated others on site. We are thrilled with the final result and highly recommend Loftplan.
