Having been nervous having so many work boots traipsing through the house, worried about dust and destruction, I have to say I became very fond of the guys at Loftplan. This respectful, friendly team started with Nic who went through the design process with us. Scaffolders who were prompt to remodel and move scaffolding for us, due to a minor access issue we had. Bob our foreman kept us informed throughout the process of our loft conversion and was our main contact to make it happen. Grant, Ed, Chris and Jay were happy to show us the loft as it developed and walk us through how it would look and be insulated, as it evolved. They worked like trojans in the heat of the summer and we were very impressed with the work they did forming the dormer and mixing this in with our existing room. They created a beautiful space for our family.

There were times where work would slow between jobs, but this gave us days off to reorganise ourselves.

The stages of first fix forming the space, Elliott who helped with stairs, plasterers, Percy, Ian and their team, second fix Mike who crafted some lovely wooden stair features, plumbers Darius, Craig, Jamie and Dominic who created a lovely bathroom for us. Roofers Steven, his brother and work mate who sealed in the existing roof nicely, to the new dormer and made the panelling on the new roof compliment with the original roof, and electricians Ron and Graham who made our home safe with fire protection and beautiful lighting options.

We had one issue related to plumbng but this was kindly addressed very quickly, on a Sunday (Darius) and any repairs were kindly arranged with Bob at Loftplan. Dean who signed off the work.

The craftsmanship and efforts of these lovely chaps and the ladies in the office (Nicola and Alisha) have shown that the professional team at Loftplan will give you a beautiful, warm space in your home. You may need to be patient at times, between fixes, but the end result is totally worth it. Thank you to a lovely team, we are very grateful for your efforts and craftsmanship. We love our loft!!
