The whole process from Nic’s initial visit to Mark’s final touches has been great.

We wanted to convert our loft but had issues with permitted development restrictions on our estate. Loftplan gave us detailed information about the requirements and provided us with initial drawings, for free, to appeal our planning. We won on appeal and they booked us in quicker than initially expected.

John and Josh, our main build team were fantastic and all the trades people after them were very respectful of our house and with our kids.

The workmanship was of a proud finish and everything was described to us with a care to the detail. Any time we wanted to inspect the site we were offered up to look.

The build came in exactly at the quoted price. No hidden extras and the cost easily adds to the price of our house.

Thank you to Loftplan for all your hard work, we really appreciate it and are enjoying the space.

I imagine a few more houses on our estate will be calling for a quote!

We first started by getting several quotes, after weighing them up we decided to go with Loftplan.

As soon as the paperwork was signed, and a date was given for the work to commence, there was clear communication. After all its a big investment, but it was clear from the start we had made the right choice in Loftplan. The cost was broken down and clearly explained – No hidden costs.

The scaffold team were very professional and polite and explained how this was be constructed, also allowing access to house and driveway!

The first fix started with Dom and Chris, the communication, guidance, and professionalism were outstanding! Their workmanship, attention to detail, professionalism and communication was excellent!! Working with Dom and Chris we were able to make small adjustments to the original plan, to make the perfect bedroom and ensuite, as an example the ensuite wall was moved to make room for a bigger shower tray. Great communication between them and Bob at all times.

The communication from the supervisors Bob and Kev was great, always kept in the loop of everything happening. Any questions we had they were answered straight away and made sure anything needing doing that we always had the right man for the job!

The second fix started with plastering – the guys are amazing at what they do, the finish is outstanding. The carpenters were brilliant, finishing to the stairs and woodwork were amazing at the workmanship.

The plumbers had complicated job with our ensuite everything was measured to precision.

Nicola in the office is very approachable and communicated with us every step of the way from start to finish.

Loftplan have top quality hard working professional trades!

I would recommend Loftplan without any hesitation! I cannot pick one fault with this company.

We now have life in our loft!!

We have just completed our loft conversion with Loftplan.

From original quote to completion they have been a brilliant company. The quote came in at a realistic price, rather than an optimistic one, and any changes were given plenty of notice so there were no surprises.

The design and concept was very efficient and flexible based on obtaining the appropriate planning permission.

The scaffolders went above and beyond to make our lives easier practically during the build.

The materials arrived in a well organised way as each trades person turned up to do the next bit.

Our builders Mike and Andy were efficient, polite and tidy, communicating well with us about each stage and the impact on us in the house (this was important to us with some working from home and children/dog to think about).

The rest of the team including electricians, plumber and carpenter were also very polite and took pains to minimise impact on us during the work.

We now have such a lovely new and huge space in our house which we are currently having a great time setting up.

I have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone considering a loft conversion.
