We had an idea of what we wanted from the beginning and the salesman helped by drafting a plan and leaving us with it. There was no hard sale which was part of the appeal. After a fortnight or so of further conversation and Emails we requested a detailed quote and a design from their architect.

The first fix team of Lewis and Dan built the structure and were always on time and never missed a day, even working Saturdays when we gave approval, and both are assets to the company.

Ron the electrician and his team did a quality job with the electrics, offering up advice and answering questions throughout.

Mark, the second fix carpenter, was a pleasure to have around and delivered work of a high quality.

There were some issues along the way but owing to a project of this size that is to be expected.

The Loft plan second fix supervisor, Kevin was always on hand to ensure all work was completed to a high standard.

The project took longer than originally anticipated but the overall quality of the work is definitely worth the wait.

The new space is a fantastic edition to our home and I am sure we will be enjoying it for many years to come.
