Loftplan were recommended to us by friends who had used them for their house in Andover, and from the outset we were impressed.

Work started on the loft conversion in November 2020 and we cannot praise Iain and Joe, our team for the first fix, highly enough. They were professional and courteous, and nothing was too much trouble. As an example, as we are unable to climb ladders to inspect their work in progress, Iain took many photos for us and also video called us from the loft so we could see inside. They worked their socks off, taking real pride in their work and it was all completed to an extremely high standard.

Once the stairs were in, the second fix team took over and Kevin and Sean were marvelous, Kevin kept us fully informed about progress throughout, who would be coming and when (plumbers, electricians etc) – and everyone was very flexible to work around our availability. Kevin answered all our questions quickly, his communication was excellent.

Now the loft build is complete, we remain very happy with our decision to use Loftplan and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a loft conversion.
