We are absolutely thrilled with the final space that Loftplan has created.

The work has been completed to an exceptionally high standard.

From the outset, our hope was that the loft would seem like it had always been part of our house and not an add-on; Loftplan have exceeded our expectations in how this has been achieved.

Everything from handcrafting lead detailing under our dormer windows to carving out grooves in the bannisters to perfectly match our existing staircase, all to make a totally seamless impression. The attention to detail has been outstanding and we really feel like they listened to our initial brief.

All members of the Loftplan team involved in the build have all been extremely friendly, enthusiastic, hard working and professional.

We were especially impressed how all the team cleared up at the end of each day, little things like that made the build much easier to deal with and the whole project ran very smoothly.

We would like to give a particular mention to Mike (1st fix carpentry), Dean (2nd fix carpentry), Barry the roofer, Kevin and Bob.

We would have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Loftplan to anyone who would be considering a loft conversion.

We are really happy with our loft conversion.   Loftplan were excellent from start to finish.

Nicola was always immediate to respond to any emails, which really helped alleviate any concerns raised as quickly as possible.

We had a complicated scaffold arrangement, which the scaffolders sorted out promptly.

The first fix team (Grant, Dan, Rick) were extremely helpful and courteous, always communicating what was going on so we had chance to change things. The electricians (Ron and Graham) and plumber (Alan) we’re equally as helpful, doing everything as specced and more. Our second fix Martin was polite and hard working, he went about his business very efficiently and again went above and beyond what we had agreed.

The managers Bob and Kevin helped out a lot and ensured everything got delivered to the highest quality possible.

Overall Loftplan made a very big project as easy as possible, taking a lot of the stress out of having to manage everything ourselves.

We would recommend them for any loft conversion. Five stars!
