I used Loftplan obviously for a loft conversion.

My wife and I were apprehensive at first as it’s a lot of money to spend and we were reliant on what we were told by Alan the initial contact. Alan did well to allay our fears and put our minds at ease.

Works started when Nicola said it would and was great leading up to the start of works through planning. The whole process was managed flawlessly by the Supervisors Bob and Kevin, but the real heroes were the guys building it. Their efforts and skills again gave reassurance and communication was great with them.

Dan and Simon were brilliant on the first fix with attention to detail. The plasters Percy and the team, again were great, but I think the real star was Martin the joiner. His skill was just amazing and so conscientious.

Steve and his brother were roofers and nothing was too much trouble, and I think that’s what I learnt most throughout was that nothing was too much trouble. Now there were ups and downs, however the downs were managed very well with great communications.

I would recommend using Loftplan to anyone.
