We are very happy with our new loft extension. It was built to the agreed budget and within the agreed timescales. It was meticulously planned. All the staff employed by Loftplan have been super helpful; the roofer, builders, electricians, plumbers, plasterers, bathroom people. The company respons quickly to calls and Whatsapps, and gets this dealt with when they arise. We moved from having a poorly designed small 1980’s one room loft (with a staircase running through the middle of the room) to a new large one, gaining a double bedroom, a second bathroom and an office; all for less than it would have cost to have moved to a larger house. Delighted.
