We first came across Loftplan when our next door neighbour used them for her loft conversion. We saw first hand, the quality and work ethic so didn’t hesitate to get in touch for our own project. From our first conversation with Alan, and his initial visit, we knew that we would be in very good hands. The price was competitive, and the spec was very clear. Throughout the project, Warren, the supervisor communicated really well and helped overcome a few tricky design and logisitical issues. Andy and Craig did a fantastic job on the construction, and Martin finished the carpentry to a fantastic standard. They clearly have real pride in their work. Communication with the admin and finance team was easy. We could not be more happy with the result. Our good friends are already in the process of using Loftplan for their project.
