Great experience with Loftplan, from initial design through to completion.

They do nothing but lofts and it shows as the workmen we had on site knew exactly what they were doing.

Loftplan project managed the whole process from obtaining planning permission to co-ordinating all the various trades – fitters, plumbers, electricians, plasterers etc, the whole process ran like a well-oiled machine. This removes a huge amount of stress from the client, as you only have to deal with one entity – Loftplan.

We were a little anxious at the start about having our relatively small house turned into a building site, particularly starting just before Christmas, but we needn’t have worried. Craig and Neil, our first fitters who built the main structure, and were our first main contact were outstanding. They allayed all our concerns and did all they could to ensure that disruption was kept to a minimum. They also bent over backwards to ensure that we got the result we wanted. Their communication was excellent, regularly checking with us, and nothing was too much trouble. As a bonus not only were they consummate professionals but they were great company and we were sorry to see them leave. A great advert for the company, which has led to us recommending Loftplan to others.

Other trades that arrived were also pleasant and considerate – the scaffolders were great, as were the electricians, the plumber did a great job and so did the plasterers and second fitter.

Where we did have any issues, they were handled well and without question – the primary focus of Loftplan seeming to be to ensure that we got the result we wanted and were happy with the experience.

Customer service thus far has been excellent and I would highly recommend them.
