We loved these guys! Loftplan are such a friendly and reliable team and we’re so glad we used them. From the start they dealt with everything – all aspects of the work – we didn’t have to do anything else aside ordering the skip, which they made clear to us from the outset. Throughout the job they communicated most effectively and kept us up to speed regularly with minimal disruption. Naturally we had concerns about living in the property whilst work was being done but it turned out to be much easier than we’d imagined and pretty much stress free – especially as they cleared up after themselves so nicely every day! Minimal damage was caused and any issues were swiftly dealt with, no fuss. Overall, thanks to sound planning and their highly efficient work (Craig and Neil dream team!), the loft room did not take long and our neighbours were even complimenting us on how quickly and quietly the work was being done. Towards the end our only delay was with snagging, but this was due to availability of materials and again, clearly communicated to us at all times. We would highly recommend Loftplan and were so grateful for their work – we love the new room! Thank you to all.
