The Best Use of Loft Space

Loftplan came to us recommended by multiple people in our local area. Alan came to visit, review our requirements and come up with a plan to make the best use of space. It’s fair to say we certainly couldn’t have maximized our space any more, and at a reasonable price. With plans submitted and approved things moved apace without delay.

John and Chris did the vast majority of the structural work and were a pleasure to deal with, happy to take my many questions. One of my main concerns had been leaks in the roof during construction but despite autumn weather we had zero leaks. Work progressed quickly, considering about 80% of our roof was changed and dormers built in about 8 weeks. Stairs and second fix all went well. We did have issues with our water tank arrangements which necessitated some changes to our original layout plan but these were solved promptly.

Throughout the process Bob was always available to take questions and was always responsive. Incredibly happy with the final result, we’ve managed to add 2 bedrooms, a shower room and an office in a previously dead space. I should add as well that the workmanship has been excellent. Over the course of the build we probably encountered 12 or so different tradespeople from Loftplan and all were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
