The initial contact and first meeting with Loftplan was very professional. They were able to talk through all of the options with our loft conversion. The process to the starting point of the job was well managed with the survey and planning. The people who completed the building work were hard working and professional, who kept us informed of their progress throughout the build and were easy to contact if there were problems or questions.
