We have just had a full loft conversion completed with Loftplan, including 2 dormers. The quality of work is great, and despite multiple unforeseen adjustments/added work, it was exactly as quoted – and was still very competitive at the time we booked in the work. We have Dean and Dave for first fix, who were brilliant and kept us updated throughout – including making suggestions on how we maximise the space as we go. For most of the built you would barely know they were there and always tidied up every day before they left. For second fix, we had Mark, who again was great and did a top job (even offering to come and re-tweak and bits needed once carpets were in etc). All the wider trades that came at various points were great too – always friendly, on time and cracked on. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Loftplan to anyone!
