We were looking for additional space as moving was so expensive just to get one extra room. With loftplan we managed to get two extra rooms and an en suite.We are incredibly happy we went with a loft conversion.

Scott helped us design the space we wanted and we couldn’t be happier with the look and build and what it has added to our home. He took note of our points and changed plans accordingly whilst offering advice and his knowledge. He came up with how to open our staircase up and it is amazing how bright and open it is.

The process took a long time, down to heavy rain in January and then Covid. Loftplan continued work when safe to do so and the workers were all very respectful when in the house and around our family. Couldn’t ask for more.

Sean the carpenter and Alan the plumber were lovely and such hard working people, we really appreciated the work they did.

It was by far the best choice and the space is amazing. We hit some snags along the way with communication of when workers would turn up, this could of been better but due to Covid alot was up in the air, which no one had control over.

We are loving our space and would highly recommend.

Loftplan were brilliant.   Everything went smoothly with our loft conversion.

Everyone we dealt with was polite and kind.  They were helpful and professional.

In particular, Mike Foley, Kevin and David were a pleasure to work with and also Ron the electrician made all the electric work very easy and quick with minimal disruption.

We love our new loft! Money well spent.

We needed more space for a new arrival, and rather than move we decided to open up unused loft space.

After a good deal of research, I booked appointments with four companies. The first company massively oversold based on what we requested; one didn’t show, and the other couldn’t come anywhere near the Loftplan pricing.

Alan arrived to price up the job and was informative and knowledgeable, giving step by step details on the process; there was no hard sell. After answering all questions, he left with a promise to follow up on email with a formal proposal.

We gave the green light, and within the week we had plans for the loft and was waiting on a fitting team. We received our fitting date, and just as work was due to start the country went into lockdown, this delayed the start by several weeks. Nicola was prompt in keeping me informed of what was happening, or whenever I emailed.

Warren was our first fix guy on the loft. He worked quickly and diligently, showing us the progress every few days and telling us what to expect. All of this work took place through the roof, so no mess within the house.

Andy took over a week later for both sets of stairs and the additional changes we requested on the second floor. Knocking down walls, and cutting wood in the house is always going to be messy, but they did an excellent job of keeping this to a minimum.

Dave, our second fix guy, finished up the final few pieces, trims, skirting, etc. basically everything you look at, to a very high standard.

Loftplan had completed all work to a very high standard, the price was very reasonable, and everyone was helpful and friendly throughout the whole process.

I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Loftplan came recommended to us and we have no regrets about using them.

We are delighted with the children’s bigger rooms and the whole process was painless unlike previous builds we have had with other companies. The whole process is very slick and despite us going through the build during the pandemic, it finished just ahead of time with only one slight delay for one week due to difficulty sourcing materials. Amazing feat considering the circumstances.

Jim and Neil started the build off and worked swiftly and were very patient with us, achieving exactly what we wanted.

Kevin lead the second fit which was extremely well run, he was on site a lot and very easy to get hold of if I had any questions, he was also very proactive at sharing information with us.

Our carpenter Shaun, was excellent , nothing was too much trouble. All the tradesman involved were very helpful and listened to our needs and delivered our plan.

Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.
