After receiving a very competitive quote, Loftplan commenced with our loft conversion just before Christmas, December 2019 with completion at the end of February 2020.

First fit team Craig and Neil were absolutely fantastic. Became part of the family. They were professional, polite and tidy at all times during the build. They put us at ease the whole time.

From Nicola who kept us up to date throughout, to the carpenters, plumbers, electricians and plasterers they all were so helpful and worked as a great team.

The aftercare has been fantastic with Kevin and Bob, who both answered, then rectified promptly any issues we had.

We would highly recommend Loftplan to any of our friends or family who are looking to do a loft conversion.

Keep up the good work guys, especially through these difficult times.

Because of Covid 19, my husband and I were not expecting works to start for our loft conversion until later in the year, but with Warren and Chris coming in and doing most of the starting works through the roof without having to have any contact meant we didn’t have to wait!

Even when Chris punctured his tyre on his bike he even walked from Chineham to get here on time.

They were very professional throughout and extremely good at what they do and were brilliant at answering all my questions, in fact from them to Dave finishing the final bits we have been so pleased with all the work that has been done.

My 4 year old daughter cannot wait to move into her new room, you have made her year.

With a young family of three boys, we desperately needed more space but could not afford to move house. We contacted several loft conversion companies but decided to go with Loftplan, as although not the cheapest of our quotes, they came highly recommended from our neighbours who had used them.

The first fix team, Jim and Neil, did a fantastic job with the initial conversion and with minimal disruption to the house (as they entered each day via the scaffolding). They were very skilled and transformed the space from a shell into an amazing room! They were overseen by Bob, the first fix supervisor, who regularly visited to check on progress (and who my children aptly called ‘Bob the Builder’).

The second fix team, led by Kevin, involved several tradesmen (plumbers, carpenters, tiler, electricians). His role, in addition to managing them all, was to overlook the final finishes and make sure we were totally happy with the end product. All the tradesmen worked to a high standard, were approachable and friendly and helped answer any questions we had.

Whilst we’ve been impressed with all the staff at Loftplan and their professionalism, a particular mention to Mark (the carpenter) who was extremely hard working and knowledgeable. His attention to detail was faultless and he ensured the final result of Loftplan’s work was immaculate. Lastly, communication from head office was excellent and Nicola was always on hand to answer any queries.

We are so pleased that we chose Loftplan, the room we now have far exceeds anything we could have imagined. It is spacious, light and airy with a lovely ensuite bathroom and already receiving compliments from friends and family.

We had an excellent experience with Loftplan which made our poorly designed three bedroom into a fantastic 4 bedroom.

Loft plan changed the layout of the first floor which made a considerable difference and then added a dormer to the loft.

Alan was great, and I really liked that we got a plan of our loft at the bidding stage which other companies did not produce. That really helped us understand the size and look of the room.

Luke and Bob were exceptional and really made us feel our loft was in good hands.

I really can’t fault anyone though, and any issues were resolved with urgency.

I would definitely recommended this company.
