Loftplan converted our loft into a spacious master bedroom, with fitted wardrobe and new bathroom.

This included three Velux windows, french doors and Juliet balcony.
They also replaced the roof of the bungalow.

Many thanks to all of the trades involved and management team, particularly Dan and Simon who completed the initial structural work and Jason for the roof. The whole team worked in a polite and professional manner.

We are very pleased with the finished external look to our home and the internal features.

We were contemplating a loft conversion but struggled to visualise what we could do with the space. We met Scott who talked us through the options, listened to what we wanted and helped us draw out our dream loft conversion. There was no “hard sell” and throughout the build we were kept informed.

John who completed the first fix was fabulous. He was engaging and personable. He always put the customer first. He walked us through each step and adjusted as we went along. Nothing was too much for John.

As with any build there were some bumps along the way but these were resolved and we are absolutely delighted with the finished loft conversion.

What you get with Loftplan is a seamless build. Everything is coordinated and sequenced from builders to roofers and plasterers to plumbers.

You get the hard bit… choosing the decor and filling the wonderful new space!

Really pleased with my additional space that Loftplan have created.

From the start where I discussed what I wanted, Alan and the architect worked with me to design the layout and I am really pleased with what was achieved.

All the lads (Mike, Callum, Simon, Mark roofer, Louis, Mark chippy, Ron, Graham, the plasterers , sorry can’t remember their names) who worked on my property were excellent, taking the time to explain what they were doing, explaining a few things that they thought would work better, talking to my young children who had so many questions for them and their overall work was brilliant.

Nicola in the office kept me updated on everything and was always quick in coming back to me on anything.

I have already recommended Loftplan to people and will continue doing so.

Loftplan, a highly professional company who provide an excellent service, came in on budget and their work ethic was second to none.

From the planning to the completion nothing was too much trouble.

The chippies on site were quality and Bob drove the team to insist on quality. They completed additional work which was to the same high standard.

We now have a wonderful useful space well designed to get the most out of the building.
