Loftplan converted our wasted loft space into a giant, extra bedroom/playroom so big that our two children could share it.

This freed up two existing kids bedrooms to use as a spare room and office.

Loftplan were very professional and their teams of workers were informative, punctual and polite. In particular, Mike and Andy who did the initial work were fantastic as was carpenter Martin who was more like an artist with his work.

The workers always left the place spick and span after a day’s work.

I would thoroughly recommend Loftplan to anyone who wanted to maximise the space in their home.

We were overwhelmed by the finishing result and wished we’d done it sooner.

They were also very competitively priced.

We originally contacted Loftplan as we wanted to add additional space to our home rather than moving house. We wanted to create a new space for an extra bedroom and ensuite in the disused loft.

Loftplan visited our house and quoted a fixed price for the job which was reasonable and also included plans of what the layout of the loft would look like.

Considering all the great reviews we decided to go with them and accepted the quote, looking back now it was a decision well made.

Soon after the scaffolding went up and works commenced. The whole process from start to finish has been straight forward and the excellent team at Loftplan made sure it went as smoothly and stress free as possible for us.

At the planning stage and throughout Nicola was always very responsive to my emails and calls about any questions I had and put my mind at rest completely.

During construction Bob was meticulous with detail and strived for perfection all the time, ensuring the end result was spot on. His team were always here everyday at the same time and were always on hand to answer any questions we had, very approachable and were always very professional, courteous and made time for us.

During this stage we didn’t even know they were here as they entered and existed through the roof and didn’t need to come into the house until well into the build.

The second fix went just as smoothly with Kevin at the helm and his team continued with the professionalism, providing help and advice and worked tirelessly to ensure the end result was perfect.

There were no hidden costs along the way and it was very clear to me before anything started what I needed to pay for and when.

We are all extremely pleased with the end result and couldn’t have asked for a better service from Loftplan – five star review for a five star company, thoroughly recommended.

Loftplan have done a brilliant job turning my loft into a beautiful bedroom and bathroom. I am delighted with it.

At every stage I was consulted on the detail to make sure I got the result that I wanted.

All the teams worked hard and were polite and considerate. A particular shout must go out to Dean and Lee who ended up doing the work, with my agreement, during Covid lock down. They did a great construction job, kept socially distanced, accommodated the sleep time of a baby next door, and always cleaned up meticulously every day. And they held the ladder for me when I dared to go up and see what they had been up to!

Having major work done in your house during a pandemic is tricky, but managers Bob and Kevin visited and kept me informed at every stage.

There were unavoidable difficulties with getting materials at some points, like the national shortage of plaster, but Loftplan went out of their way to access and collect them, sometimes far away from their normal suppliers.

I would thoroughly recommend them.
