Dear Loftplan

Now that the Christmas rush is out of the way, I have a few minutes in which to sit down and drop you a line. Margaret and I wanted to let you know just how thrilled we are with the loft conversion you have designed for us. We knew that our house had potential, but we never thought that the finished work would be quite so superb!


From the moment we came into contact with your firm we knew that we wanted you to do the job – to be honest building companies do not have the best of reputations,but everything Loftplan agreed to undertake was done on time and well within budget. Moreover, your flexible approach to adding “little touches” as the work developed was a breath of fresh air and has undoubtedly added to our pleasure at the finished work.


Your teams of workers are to be congratulated – not only did we suffer very little disruption, but when unavoidable, mess was made they cleared up every night and left us in a liveable state. Their thoughtfulness was much appreciated. In addition to that they were a really great bunch of people! They kept us well informed as to progress and their work-rate and quality of workmanship was incredible.


Now we have finished the decorating and the loft conversion is in full use – how did we ever manage without it? When I sat down and worked out the figures I realised it would have been madness to move house, which was on the agenda at one point. The mark of a good job has to be how well the work blends with the original house. Without fail everyone who has seen the changes to the house over the last few weeks has remarked on how well the new has been integrated with the old. You would never believe that the house had not been built with a converted loft! That is due in no small part to the careful thought that you and your team put into planning stages and to the evident expertise that Loftplan has in this specialist field.


In conclusion I would say that we would be very happy for you to show this letter to any prospective customers and also to show them around should they like to see the finished work. I only hope the standard of our decorating matches that of the Loftplan’s workmanship!

Now that the work on our loft conversion is complete I thought I would drop you a message to thank you for the professional way in which you have dealt with us.


As you know we chose to use Loftplan not because you were the cheapest (you weren’t), but because we were impressed with the way you presented the alternatives available to us, your obvious knowledge of the business, your immediate willingness for us to talk to your past customers and the availability of a ten year guarantee.


Now looking back I am very pleased that we made the decision. The conversion itself is far better than I initially visualised both in the design and quality of workmanship and equally important your team were a pleasure to have around the house. They worked hard, were always cheerful and friendly and even cleared up after themselves each evening.

Dear Loftplan,

The work at my daughter’s house has now been completed and I feel I must write to say how impressed I am with the result and the quality of the workmanship. The new loft room is well designed and spacious with plenty of light and we are most impressed with the high standard of construction and attention to detail.


The stairs have fitted in better then any of us thought possible and we are pleased with the care that was taken in the building of the whole stair unit with cupboards below.


Your secret is in the professionalism of your craftsmen – Electrician, Plumber, Plasterer (A talent I’ve always marveled at!) and of course the Carpenter’s essential skills. In fact all the men involved with the construction worked efficiently and capably with no fuss and little inconvenience – despite the problems of limited access that I know exist at all property.


We will recommend Loftplan with confidence to all who are looking for an expertly designed and crafted loft conversion.
