We moved up into our attic retreat a few weeks ago now, but still feel every day is like a holiday! The wonderful space and light, and the extensive views over the town to the countryside and beyond do not fail to cheer every morning. (Of course the excellent insulation and thick fire doors also help to ensure restful nights as we simply cannot hear the tribe of noisy children and teenages living on the first floor!).




We want to thank you all for such a marvellous job, from the perfect interpretation of our requirements, right through to the quality and attention to detail of the final finish. Our decorator said he hadn’t seen such high quality plastering for 25 years! Thanks to splendid project management there was minimal disruption to the household throughout the job and it was definitely the most painless building work we have ever experienced.

 Matt and John worked tremendously hard up in the freezing loft during that bitterly cold winter, and found a way to get on site even when all cars in the road were snowed in. All members of the team were polite, considerate and hardworking and the site was always tidy. Thanks in particular to Bob, Kevin and Brian.



The best test of the quality of the company is how problems are dealt with if they arise. All the minor issues we encountered were rectified swiftly.


W e would not hesitate to recommend Loftplan to anyone considering converting their loft.

From the start, when we first met you at the initial consultation, to the end, I can only praise the standard of design, workmanship and supervision that went into the build.

Everyone who contributed towards the job were professional, considerate and courteous at all times, making sure we were involved every step of the way.

We would especially like to thank the supervisors, Kevin and Bob, as well as Luke, the second fixer, for all their hard work. Even when the odd problem arose, which you’d expect on any project of this scale, everyone went out of their way to rectify it as soon as possible.
