To all the team,

We wanted to take the time to write to you and explain how we felt with regards to the conversion we undertook with yourselves.



The first contact was with the sales person, Alan. After a couple of meetings he made us feel comfortable that all would work out with the work and also gave us a few options of what we could do. 

When the first day came, we were anxious on the day and also thinking of the effect it would have on our lives over the next few weeks. We should not have worried at all. Your staff are truly your biggest asset and they have done you proud.

 Initially, everything happened above us and we had no mess inside the house.

The guys were always punctual to the fact where we were not allowed any lie ins!

The first team were Warren and Bruce. They were outstanding. They started on the first day and we had a window within the next day. Truly amazing what they did. What impressed us most was that at the end of every day they cleared up everything before going home.



The second team, who was made up by David and Dean and Andy and Tom who were all excellent. 

Any issues were quickly dealt with by Bob and Kevin. Thank you to them both. 

The final result is oustanding. This is not what we had imagined and it truly exceeded our expectations. A friend who saw this has already been in touch and contracted you for their conversion. 

It is a pleasure to see a good working ethic instilled within your whole company. 

All in all, a very big ‘Thank You’ to you all.

We wanted to send you an email to say thank you for the fabulous loft conversion that you built for us.




We now have what we feel, is a pent-house suite at the top of our house with an en-suite bathroom.




The people who worked on our conversion were very skilled, professional, tidy, clean and couteous. Who could ask for more!




It is always daunting committing to a project like this, but right from the start we were reassured and guided to make the right decisions. From day one when the scaffolders came, everything ran smoothly, the stairs were a bit tricky but you ensured that our needs were accommodated.




Bob and Kevin were very informative at every stage, Warren, Jim and the other builders/carpenters/plumber were efficient and a pleasure to have around.


You ensured that we would be satisfied at the end – and we are – very satisfied – money well spent! It has certainly put life in our loft!
