Just a note to say many thanks for the bedroom and wet room loft conversion which you completed for us, we have had a lot of use from them both.


The attitude of the fitters was “It is your home and you need to have what you want.” so they were willing to meet my exact wishes.


I was further impressed with the willingness to return afterwards on two occasions to address small problems.


As a very satisfied customer I would not hesitate to recommend your firm to anyone who requires a loft conversion.

Just to let you know, yet another neighbour in our development has expressed an interest in Loftplan and will be contacting you for a quote 🙂 Our house is obviously the perfect position for advertising!



A few of the neighbours have commented on how clean, neat and tidy everything is outside the house and how much care the workman take in covering the timbers and sweeping the driveway! I think Chris and Grant are doing a great job. Very professional, polite and friendly. Chris explains each week their plan and objectives and I always feel involved in what’s going on. They are a credit to your company.

I am extremely pleased with my loft conversion and found all of your staff a pleasure to deal with, please can you pass on my thanks. I was particularly impressed with Bob and Kevin who were excellent and Mark, Brian, Neil and Martin who worked incredibly hard to such a high standard of finish. Also Alan, your electrician had a very good standard of work and my bathroom was fitted well by your plumbers. The roofers did a superb job of the roof and your plasterers were the best I have ever seen.
