We wanted to write and say how delighted we are with our loft conversion and the extra space it has provided us.


We have been very impressed with the high standard of workmanship at Loftplan from the design stage right through to the exceptional finish of all the carpentry work. The attention to detail has been excellent! The dormer fits so well it looks as though it has always been there! The finished room is lovely and has been much admired by friends and family.


We would be pleased to recommend Loftplan to anyone considering a loft conversion.

We would both like to take this opportunity to thank you, along with Sue, Bob and Kevin and all the others involved for the first class job you have done in converting our loft.


We were particularly impressed with the speed and efficiency with which all procedures were handled, from the initial contract through the arrival of the scaffolding and construction, to the amazingly quick completion of work.


It still staggers us that despite the worst storms this year not a drop of water leaked anywhere! Everything happened so smoothly and effectively that we have to look at old photos to remind ourselves what it used to look like. It looks like it was always there!


Everyone including yourself was polite, discreet and very professional about their work. It was with excitment that Dawn and I would arrive home in the evenings to see the next stage of development. We have begun decorating but are a little hampered by work and the lack of daylight at this time of year!


We both have absolutely no hesitation in recommending your company to anyone who should be interested in having a loft conversion.

Just wanted to say we’re really pleased with the loft that you’ve created for us.

All the workmen have been great. Thank you to John and Si, the first fixers who were very hardworking, courteous and always willing to answer any questions at the end of the day!

Earlier this year we embarked on a journey to which is soon to be finalised.
