Dear Loftplan,

I am writing to you to express my absolute delight at the major loft extension which your company has completed recently at my home.
This naturally was a major venture for my wife and I and the support and advice provided by yourself and your employees, from start to finish, was highly profesional and removed each and every anxiety.

The provision of three large rooms, plus a very adequate bathroom in a loft area used previously for the usual collection of rubbish! has transformed our home.

It is important that I comment upon not just the high degree of workmanship delivered throughout the building process but, also, on a number of other important aspects.

Firstly, each and every one of the specialists involved in the undertaking – from electricians to plasterers and from plumbers to tilers – they were just lovely people. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them and they were all superb ambassadors for your company.

Secondly, the contract was completed on time, nine weeks to the day, and to price – both highly-unusual achievements in the building industry.

Thirdly, everyone worked hard to ensure that disruption was kept to an absolute minimum – it was really only during the last week, when the stairs went in that there was any ground floor impact.

If you think it would be useful to refer any potential customers to us in the future, please do not hesitate to do so. We are already singing your praises loud and clear!

Dear David,

I am mainly writing to thank you, all your staff and builders for the wonderful job that has been accomplished on my loft conversion. The company slogan ‘Put life in your loft’ completely sums up the way I feel about the fabulous fourth bedroom which has been so beautifully created in an otherwise wasted space. It has made my house a far more disirable property which has to be seriously taken into consideration when selling in the future.

I must admit that I found the prospect of a conversion somewhat daunting, but it turned out to be one of the most stress free experiences of my life considering it was a major decision. Your ‘lads’ must be highly praised for the way they hoovered and cleaned up each day, leaving the rest of the house spotless. We have now completely decorated and the conversion is a fully operational bedroom.

Thank you for the excellent job your team has made in converting our loft into two bedrooms and a bathroom. We are really pleased with the end result and obviously the extra space it has created for us. The men worked really hard and bearing in mind the distance they had to travel each day they always put in a day’s work. All our neighbours have been suprised at how quickly the whole thing was completed.


Mark, Dean, Brian (Plumber), Alan, Ronnie (Electricians) David, Dean, Ian, Kevin (Plasterers) and Kevin the foreman we’re all great guys and always polite and helpful respecting our property at all times.
