Our loft conversion was completed in July 2014 and we are very pleased with the design, build quality and workmanship from Loft Plan.


We had a few quotes from builders but chose Loft Plan because of their experience, a neighbours recommendation and that they specialise in lofts.


The only delay in our build was the stairs, however they were upfront with us from the start and even managed to fit them whilst we were on holiday.


I was very happy with the quality of products they used in the build and the state they left the house in each night.


The process was less stressful than I expected and I would recommend Loft Plan to friends and family.

Hi Loftplan,

Our house has been considerably extended having commissioned Loft Plan to undertake our loft conversion.
The large master bedroom, bathroom and small “office” area is now the crown jewel of the property.


The finishing is exemplary, and the full bathroom suite fitted ingeniously. No space is wasted. The windows fill the room with light and provide commanding views.


As promised, over the period of 8 weeks, work started promptly at 7:30 in the morning and finished at 5pm. When required, Loft Plan stayed later to finish a task so as to ensure the project remained on schedule, for this we were very grateful.


When it came to the quality of the build, they were faultless. We have been very pleased with the overall quality of the work and I would confidently recommend this loft conversion company.
