Loft Plan finished our loft in August and we’re still over the moon with the finished result – a very modern and spacious bedroom & en-suite.


The staff in the office were helpful and the guys on the site punctual and hardworking.


These guys really know loft conversions!

We would like to say how pleased we are with our loft conversion and the people that you sent to extend our home.


The main carpenters were excellent and did a great job. They were a pleasure to have around, polite and tidy and extremely hard working.


They answered all of our questions and even made suggestions on improving the layout of the en-suite bathroom!


The scaffolders worked in torrential rain and the plastering is superb!


The supervisors were very helpful and did a good job of overseeing the job and all the trades.


Overall this has been a good experience and we will naturally recommend Loft Plan to anyone who asks.

From the initial contact with your Sales designer (Scott) through to the actual handover (Kevin) the whole process was seamless, professional and exceeded our expectations.


To anyone reading this on-line, the design stage is understandably the most important for you as the Customer – really take the time to discuss the plans, the options you have and listen to the advice of Loftplan; we did and have ended up with a new bedroom suite that has the ‘Wow’ factor from the moment anyone sees it.


Loftplan are a very professional company, at each stage you will meet a new craftsman who will explain what he’s doing and honestly, the only disruption is when the new staircase is fitted (and this is minimal).


We are delighted with the finished result and delighted we chose Loftplan for our conversion here in Burghfield Common (West Berks).

From the design and survey by Alan through to the carpenter John everyone was polite and courteous and very hard working (even when it was raining!) It did not affect the time scale that you promised.


The inconvenience was minimal and when the job was completed it was hard to believe that the builders had been in.
