Before entering into a contract with Loftplan we visited several of their  completed installations. These were chosen by us and in all cases as well as being impressed with the overall workmanship, we received only positive  feed back.
Our own installation has now been completed and throughout we were involved and kept fully informed. All the tradesmen were efficient,communicative,helpful and considerate.There were no unknowns or surprises, and the cost was as per the contract.
Our contact was David who kept us regularly informed and was always available.
They extended the front bay with matching brickwork to accommodate the the new  stairs and installed a large sympathetic  dormer to the rear.We now have a two bedroom,one bathroom third floor conversion with which we are delighted.
Overall a first class job, and professionally handled. We would not hesitate to recommend Loftplan and would be pleased to let any interested parties inspect our former “roof space”

Dear Sirs,

After 11 weeks of hard work beginning in March this year, Loftplan created an incredible new space in our home. I’m absolutely delighted with our new bedroom and en-suite bathroom – it really is fantastic.

We felt that we had their full attention, from the first design visit, right through to the carpenters, plasterers, electricians and various tradesmen who have worked on our home throughout the duration of the build.  Loftplan’s experience really shined through, and they were able to make a complicated project feel like a relatively minor amount of work. They were polite and professional to our family and to our neighbours, which made a real difference to the whole experience.

Loftplan were accommodating to our suggestions but also weren’t afraid to make recommendations or suggest improvements to our initial plans. The space itself is light, with more space than I anticipated and modern, high quality fittings.They built up the side brick wall and re tiled the roof and you really cannot tell that it was not built like that originally !

All in all, they have a great team and are a lovely bunch of people. I found this company after they were recommended by friends of a family member.  And I will absolutely confirm this choice.

Hi Loftplan,

Just want to let you know how delighted we are with the work that you recently carried out to our property.

We now have a fantastic new bedroom and en suite bathroom in what was a completely unused space.

The designer was very thoughtful and knowledgeable, he had obviously been doing this for a long time and gave us several design options to consider before we placed our order.

When the work commenced, everyone was nice and friendly and worked together to give us the rooms that we wanted.The main build team, Jim and Rob were so polite and a pleasure to have around.

The work was of a very good standard , and we believe a reasonable price.

I would like to thank you for the wonderful loft conversion that your team recently installed to my property.

From the non pushy initial  sales consultation to the various tradesmen involved, I can honestly say that it has been a very positive experience for our family.

Everyone who worked in our home was without exception polite and professional at all times and worked very hard indeed.

We now have a beautiful space that we absolutely love, which opens up the whole house and is flooded with light.

Our only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner !
