The company staff were polite and helpful and the tradesmen at the property were not only skilled in their field, but were courteous and as clean and tidy as possible !

Ours was a particularly large conversion with both side ends extended with a large dormer across the rear. This was completed with little fuss and disruption. Our finished loft looks great and and we have already spoken to potential loftplan customers and told them our happy we are with our loft conversion.

We are so impressed with our finished project. Right from the start we were given valuable advice, some of which we would never of even have thought of. Unfortunately we did not have Permitted Development so therefore had to go through a planning application. Once again, David was very helpful with the issues that were encountered and resolved them swiftly.

We would especially like to thank James and Mike who carried out the initial work. They amazed us on what they did and were always polite and courteous, thoughtful and tidy . All the other tradesmen were also of a high standard including the plumbers, electricians, roof tilers, plasterers and stair fitters. Dean, the 2nd fix carpenter, spent time fitting the banisters and spindles to our new and existing stairs, just how we wanted it. He was especially helpful when it came to us changing our minds about the way a door opened and happily altered it to suit us.

Kevin and Bob were the supervisors and helpful throughout and the office staff too.

We are thoroughly enjoying our new room. Many of our neighbours have passed comment on the design and how it is very much in keeping with our house.

What a fantastic room that has been created by Loftplan!

I would just like to express my sincere thanks for the splendid job.

After doing a lot of research and having 3 quotes from different companies I decided to go with Loft Plan. The first contact through to the after sales was first class.

Loftplan drew up a rough idea of what the room would look like on their first visit. It was fantastic being able to visualise the room in an instant and the designer was very realistic in his approach. The first fix, Mark and Ben, really couldn’t do any more for you, assisting me in making decisions and explaining their every move. Mark was so accommodating and would always go that extra mile. His attention to detail was second to none and his knowledge was brilliant.

The end result is a beautiful master bedroom with an ensuite and the most amazing views over the roof tops. It has totally transformed my home.

I really can’t thank Loftplan enough for their professionalism, their kindness, their speed and their overall result.

I’d like to take the opportunity to thank the whole Loftplan team, who did a fantastic job delivering the build with a really high quality finish. Both my wife and I are thrilled with the new extension, not to mention how happy the kids are with their new rooms. Everyone we met from the team at Loftplan was very friendly, polite, professional and hard working.
