We have no hesitation in recommending Loftplan. They have just completed a major loft conversion and dormer installation at our home and we are absolutely delighted with the way the job went and the finished room. The job went well right from the beginning under Jim’s expert supervision and this carried out with Dean and the finishing joinery.

The work was done on time and to budget and nothing was too difficult or too much trouble for David and his team who were there for us throughout. Bob and Kevin have been brilliant throughout, and Jason and Brad the tilers have done a super finish.

A great job, well done. Thank you all, you made a difficult job easy to get through.

We would definitely recommend Loftplan to everyone and would be happy to show off our new room that we are very proud of!

Great workmanship, trustworthy people, lovely team!

Loftplan converted our attic into a beautiful bedroom, playroom and en suite. We are really pleased with our loft, it took several months to complete and there weren’t any hidden costs or nasty surprises.  This project was a challenge for us with two yappy dogs and a child and there were moments when we wondered if we were going to get through the project. However, this was overcome by the professionalism of Loftplan team.

The project was overseen by two supervisors, Bob and Kevin, who were highly experienced. They gave great attention to details.  We can also mention Warren, the carpenter, who delivered a very high standard of work, punctuality and an excellent manner.  The loftplan team always came back if we had an issue with very minor snags and sorted this problem without hesitation.

Very happy with them and would recommend them to anyone.

This positive experience with loftplan restored my faith in the building industry.

We are really pleased with the new space that LoftPlan have created in our home – we’d genuinely say that the transformation has been ‘magical’ to have created such a useable space from what was essentially a fairly useless, cramped storage area used for holding boxes and Christmas decorations!

The initial fitters, Mark and Ben set the tone right from the start of the build as they were polite, helpful and tidy. This set our mind at rest in the first few weeks of the build that we had chosen the right company to convert our loft.

The advantage of using LoftPlan is that everything is coordinated and managed by them so you only have to deal with one or two people at a time. This in our opinion was worth paying a little extra for compared to trying to arrange the build with multiple tradesmen and contractors. The quality of finish of the work seems excellent and whilst LoftPlan themselves don’t do the decorating work, they are able to recommend tradesmen (e.g. Tilers) for this who LoftPlan will also work closely with to ensure a good finish and a smooth handover.

Like any building project there are times when things don’t always go to plan but thankfully there were no major issues and we were able to resolve these sensibly. If we had to be critical about one thing it would be that their time estimates to complete the different stages can be quite optimistic when the reality is that some things just take quite a while – especially where they are reliant on a third party (e.g. glazing work).

All in all, we’d be very happy to recommend LoftPlan to family and friends and have in fact done so already to a number of neighbours and friends.
