We chose Loftplan based on their reputation and a track record of many other completed local projects.

Our requirement was initially a no obligation appointment based on curiosity about what could be possible. The design brief was pretty flexible with just one or two constraints. Once you see a first draft plan you do get quite engaged with the whole idea and it took little time thereafter to arrive at a satisfactory agreement to proceed.

I did not get competitive quotes and I’m happy to say that I continue to believe that you generally get what you pay for.
Planning Permission was required, predictably objected to, but ultimately successful as most reasonable applications are.

Dan & Luke duly arrived and as most have testified, their first fix work is second to none and they are a pleasure to have around. They set high standards which were never surpassed for the rest of the project but that said, all the various tradesmen contributed to a great job and the end result is very pleasing and worthwhile.

The whole job is well managed and coordinated. There were one or two minor issues but these were resolved without fuss, which speaks well for Loftplan as a whole.

I recommend anybody consider using Loftplan for their own conversion projects.

We first asked Loftplan to quote for our work a couple of years ago and decided to delay the work a little for a few reasons. We then asked them to re-quote for our conversion and have not been disappointed with the process or the end result. We undertook quite a lot of research before, including detailed reviews of previous works performed and reviews that previous customers had prepared and were happy that Loftplan suited our needs.

We asked around a few companies for quotes so that we could not only compare the price but also the process that each company took to get to the end result. We felt that as Loftplan use all their own men it would suit our requirements best.

Work started in May 2018 and right from the beginning we have been happy with the professionalism of all the workers. They have kept us informed of what work was happening and any likely issues with the build as they arose. Our little boy couldn’t get enough of Dan and Luke and couldn’t wait for them to arrive each morning!

Work took a little longer than we expected but this hasn’t been a major issue as works had all finished before baby number two arrived so we didn’t have that to worry about!

Overall we would recommend Loftplan to friends and have done already. We’re now looking forward to enjoying the beautiful space that has been built. Thank you Loftplan!

From design to completion, the standards and level of experience, were all excellent.

We would also like to say that from early July through a scalding hot summer the teams were reliable at all times, there were no days where workers failed to turn up, no problems that couldn’t be worked through with minimum fuss.

We had a totally finished project by December which had been a pipe dream in the early part of the year and our house has three beautiful, new rooms which change it from an average house to an amazing house.

This has been well worth the investment.

Great service from Loftplan.

We are very pleased with our attic conversion, adding a spacious and light-filled room to our semi-detached house.

The whole process from enquiry to completion was a very good experience. Friendly, cheery and professional staff completed each phase on time, and plumbing and electrical contractors were very efficiently managed.

The scaffolders did knock a bit of guttering awry when dismantling the scaffold, but Loftplan sent someone with a ladder round to fix it.
