I liked the fact they used all their own staff and did not subcontract so we were never waiting around for the next stage.

The execution and delivery of the conversion was brilliant and most importantly did not disrupt our daily lives. Most days you wouldn’t have even known they were up there!

We have just had a loft conversion completed by loft plan and could not be happier with the service provided by the whole team. I would like to give a special mention to James, Rick and Grant who were amazing from start to finish.

James was very friendly and knowledgeable, which made the whole experience a lot easier as to start with we were a little nervous about having someone in the house everyday.
We also have a young dog, James and the team were very respectful of this and made sure gates were locked behind them.

They even worked weekends and bank holidays To ensure the projected was completed in a tight time scale.

We can not praise and thank the team enough.

Also a quick thank you to Bob who was the project manager and ensured throughout we were happy and any questions we had were responded to quickly.

The communication throughout was great.
