After a year of various quotes and different companies visiting our property we finally realised that Loftplan were the right choice and price for us.

My parents had used Loftplan back in 1996 so I was confident they would do a good job on our home and I have to say it was an even better finish than expected.

We are very happy with our new space as we weren’t sure that a bedroom + en-suite setup would fit into our Edwardian semi-detached property.

Communication was good all the way through despite having to deal with different people at each stage of the process. Plastering of the ceiling was excellent by Dom the builder who particularly stood out for his easy going, hard-working nature and excellent communication.

I would recommend Loftplan to anyone who wants a high quality finish with an experienced team that know what they are doing.

We’d always dismissed a loft conversion thinking we’d lose a bedroom to accommodate the stairs, but after plans for a side extension were rejected we got Loftplan in for a design review after getting recommendations from friends.

Alan visited & was very knowledgeable, straightaway he said we would only have to move an internal wall 1ft to fit the stairs in over the existing flight & not lose the existing bedroom.

Everything moved very quickly once we got a start date, one day after the scaffolding went up Lewis & Dan turned up and got cracking immediately on the main structure. All the trades were lined up nicely to come in one after the other the next 6-8 weeks to get things ready for the stairs, plastering and 2nd fix team.

Alan the plumber & the electricians were very accommodating with any little extras you think of as things progress, like an extra socket/switch or radiator.

Big thanks to Bob & Kevin, who are the main points of contact on the structure & 2nd fix phases. Any concerns or issues that arose during the build they took care of swiftly.

We now have a spacious master, ensuite & office in the loft which has transformed the house. I only wish we’d done it sooner.

We recently completed a loft conversion on our Victorian Terraced home with Loftplan.

We should have done it years ago! The space is amazing…

What we thought would be a daunting project turned out to be incredibly straightforward and easy with the expert support and guidance from the Loftplan team.

From design, planning and installation the whole process was stress free and smooth.

Loftplan converted our loft into a beautiful master bedroom with ensuite shower room and a study. It has completely transformed our home and the way we live in it.

We were never put under pressure to make quick decisions. Nothing was too much to ask, not even when we made a couple of (very) last minute changes..
