Loftplan completed our conversion at the end of January 2020 and we couldn’t be more impressed with the overall service we received.

From the beginning we were kept informed of what would happen and each day we were invited to view the progress.

The electricians, roofers, plumbers and carpenter all worked to a high standard, were extremely approachable and nothing seemed like to much trouble. They were polite and friendly and even hoovered up at the end of the day!

Our new en-suite bedroom with a Juliette balcony is a wonderful addition to our home where we can enjoy the views of the Ridgeway and the Downs for many years to come.

Dormer Loft conversion including ensuite on a mid terraced house.

We had an idea of what we wanted from the beginning and the salesman helped by drafting a plan and leaving us with it. There was no hard sale which was part of the appeal. After a fortnight or so of further conversation and Emails we requested a detailed quote and a design from their architect.

The first fix team of Lewis and Dan built the structure and were always on time and never missed a day, even working Saturdays when we gave approval, and both are assets to the company.

Ron the electrician and his team did a quality job with the electrics, offering up advice and answering questions throughout.

Mark, the second fix carpenter, was a pleasure to have around and delivered work of a high quality.

There were some issues along the way but owing to a project of this size that is to be expected.

The Loft plan second fix supervisor, Kevin was always on hand to ensure all work was completed to a high standard.

The project took longer than originally anticipated but the overall quality of the work is definitely worth the wait.

The new space is a fantastic edition to our home and I am sure we will be enjoying it for many years to come.

Loftplan completed our loft conversion in February 2020 and we couldn’t have been more impressed with the service we received.

From the outset the team were thoughtful, considerate, and responsive to any requests we had.

We thought that the build would be disruptive but thanks to their planning and hard work it absolutely wasn’t. They even vacuumed the house at the end of each day!

Ian, who completed the structural work for us, was particularly impressive – we were constantly in awe of his knowledge and workmanship as well as the attention to detail he gave to each task.

We’d absolutely recommend Loftplan to anyone considering getting their loft converted. We’re thrilled with the results.

After receiving a number of quotes from various construction companies, we decided to go with Loftplan because Alan (their designer) listened carefully to what we wanted and produced professional designs that matched our wishes.

Our loft was converted over the Christmas period and my wife gave birth half way through our build.

Ben, who completed the majority of the work was extremely courteous and professional at all times and remained flexible in order to provide us with the space and privacy needed at that time. He briefed us everyday on the progress made and also made himself available 24/7 had there been any issues (there wasn’t).

Bob and Kev were also in touch regularly to guide us through the project and ensure that we were happy with the work completed.

Overall, we are really pleased with our new bedroom and have been left impressed with the service provided and the standard of the work carried out.

I’d definitely recommend Loftplan to anyone considering having their loft converting.
