Dear Loftplan,
My husband and I just wanted to drop you an email to say thank you to everyone who helped on our loft extension and work in extending the kitchen. The standard of work has been really great and all your staff have been so professional and helpful at all times.
We would like to particularly thank Bob (our foreman for most of the work) especially as he came up with an even better design for the stairs then what we had all first thought, Matt and John for doing all the initial work in actually creating the loft and I think it was Chris the carpenter for his amazing attention to detail.
All the team were really good which made the whole process so much less painful and they were a pleasure to have around. People do call you the Rolls Royce of loft extensions and we would confirm that! Please pass on our thanks to all the team and especially those we have mentioned.
If any of them want to come around and admire their handy work or if you need future customers to come and see it then we are more than happy to oblige! (we have nearly finished painting and will be moving our bedroom furniture up there soon hopefully!).
